Meet Bram, our UX Designer, and with that the owner of the question every online store should ask: does the visitor get this right away? Bram draws flows, structures and screens that explain themselves, from the first product page to the final step of the checkout. That territory sits exactly between pretty and working: a store can look stunning, but if visitors drop off halfway there is work to be done, and that work belongs to Bram. Accessibility is a standard part of it, because a store everyone can use is a store that sells to everyone. The result: less friction, fewer drop-offs and a store you can get through without a manual.
