B2B Store
Customer-specific pricing, ERP integration and ordering on account, on Shopify.
Official partner of

B2B commerce has requirements consumer stores never face: prices that differ per customer, volume tiers, ordering on account, quotes, and an ERP that has to stay in sync. For a long time that meant an expensive dedicated platform.
It does not any more. Shopify handles most of it natively, and we build the rest. For VA Imaging that produced a global B2B store with live VAT validation in the checkout.
Why Codemaker-S?
B2B without app stacking
Company accounts, price lists, volume pricing and payment terms built on what Shopify offers natively. Stacked apps are what tends to break at scale.
Your ERP stays the source of truth
Prices, stock and customers come from the system that already owns them. We build the integration so your team does not maintain two truths.
Proven in production
For VA Imaging we merged two platforms into one Shopify Plus B2B store serving Europe and the US, with automatic VAT validation and a quote flow.
“We hugely appreciate how hard Codemaker-S worked. They were still going on the Sunday before our launch to get the last details right. After going live they even came round to celebrate, with VA Imaging cake and champagne.”
How we work
Process analysis
Customers / Pricing / ERP
We map how your business customers order today: which prices apply to whom, what runs through your ERP, and where the manual work sits.
Architecture & design
B2B logic / UX / Integrations
We design the B2B logic and the interface together: login, catalogues, pricing and reordering, plus how your ERP fits in.
Build & launch
Development / Migration / Testing
We build the store and the integrations, migrate your customer base, and test the full ordering flow with real accounts before launch.
Frequently asked questions
You probably have questions about Shopify as a platform, or about how we work at Codemaker-S. Not finding yours? Give us a call, or leave your details and we'll come back to you.
It depends on the functionality and the integrations: a B2B layer on top of an existing store is smaller than a complete platform with ERP integration. You get a fixed quote after an analysis of your current situation.
Not always. Standard Shopify with the right setup covers a lot of B2B scenarios, and we have built exactly that for clients who did not need Plus. Plus becomes worth it at higher volume or when you need native company accounts with multiple buyers.
Yes. Business customers log in and see their own price list, catalogue and payment terms, while consumers see a normal store. On Shopify Plus that is native; on standard Shopify we build it with customer tagging and pricing logic.
Yes. We connect Exact Online, AFAS and other ERP systems so prices, stock and customer data come from the system that owns them. The integration handles retries and deduplication, because ERPs go offline and webhooks arrive twice.
Yes, including payment terms, credit limits and purchase order numbers. Which parts are native and which need custom work depends on your plan; we map that in the analysis.
Yes, and it usually saves a lot of maintenance. For Shaped4 we merged two separate stores into one with a single login: business customers are recognised by their company account and see their own prices, consumers see a normal shop.

B2B on Shopify, without Plus
Plenty of B2B requirements fit within standard Shopify: customer tagging, price lists, minimum quantities and a quick-order table. Plus becomes the right answer when you need native company accounts with multiple buyers per organisation, or when volume changes the fee calculation.
The ERP question
Almost every B2B project turns into an integration project. The rule that keeps it sane: one system owns each piece of data. Prices and stock come from the ERP, orders flow back to it, and nobody maintains a second version by hand.
Proven at VA Imaging
VA Imaging sells industrial cameras and machine vision equipment worldwide. We merged their two platforms into one Shopify Plus store with automatic VAT validation through the European VIES database, prices shown per market, and a quote flow for complex configurations, all in seven languages.
