Shopify
Custom Shopify stores that convert: designed, built and migrated by specialists from Eindhoven, working for brands across Europe.

At Codemaker-S your vision is the starting point. We turn your ideas into a custom Shopify store that works the way your business actually works, not the way a template assumes it does. That means a store that is an extension of your brand rather than a container for it.
We go further than building a website. Every page, every interaction and every step towards checkout is designed to move someone from interested to ordering.

How we work
Intake & analysis
Intake / Audience / Planning
We map your products, your customers and your processes, and establish what your store has to do. You get a concrete plan with fixed milestones.
Wireframes & strategy
UX design / Strategy / Content
We design the structure and the customer journey before a single line of code is written. That is where conversion is decided, not in the styling.
Development & custom work
Development / Custom / Configuration
We build the theme, connect your systems and configure everything from shipping to taxes. Then we test the full ordering flow before launch.
Content & integrations
Products / Integrations / Data
We set up products, content and payment methods, and connect your store to your accounting, ERP or POS system.
Testing & launch
QA / Redirects / Launch
We test the full checkout flow on mobile and desktop and manage a controlled launch, including redirects and tracking.
Aftercare & growth
Support / CRO / Growth
After launch we stay involved with support, conversion optimisation and new functionality that grows with your store.

Frequently asked questions
You probably have questions about Shopify as a platform, or about how we work at Codemaker-S. Not finding yours? Give us a call, or leave your details and we'll come back to you.
A custom Shopify store usually costs between € 3,000 and € 15,000, excluding VAT and the Shopify subscription itself. What drives the price up: special functionality such as a product configurator, custom integrations, and how much product data has to be migrated. You get a fixed quote after an intake.
A custom Shopify store typically takes six to twelve weeks, depending on design, integrations and content. A simpler shop can be faster. After an intake you get a concrete plan with fixed milestones, so you know exactly where you stand.
Yes. Codemaker-S is an official Shopify Select Partner. Our developers work in Shopify and Shopify Plus every day, from custom themes to API integrations and standalone apps. That specialisation means short lines to Shopify itself and a store built to the platform's latest guidelines.
A standard theme is quick and cheap, but you are working within someone else's assumptions. Custom means the layout, the functionality and the checkout follow your business instead of the other way round. For most stores the difference shows up in conversion, not in looks.
For most stores a regular Shopify plan is more than enough. Shopify Plus becomes interesting at high volumes, international selling with multiple storefronts or advanced B2B requirements. Our Shopify Plus page explains when the upgrade pays off; we advise you honestly, because paying for features you never use helps no one.
Yes. Shopify's admin is built for that, and we set your store up so products, content and campaigns can be edited without a developer. You get a handover and documentation, and we stay available for the parts that do need us.
Yes. We manage complete migrations from platforms including Magento, Lightspeed, WooCommerce and CCV Shop. Products, customers and orders move over in a controlled way, and redirects from all your old URLs preserve the SEO value you have built up.
Yes. We build your new Shopify store in a separate environment while your current shop keeps running. Only when everything is tested and you have given the green light do we plan the switch together. You will not miss a single day of revenue.
Yes. We connect Shopify to Exact Online, AFAS and other accounting, POS and ERP systems, either through existing apps or through the API when custom logic is needed. An integration typically costs between € 2,000 and € 10,000.
Yes. We build B2B stores with company accounts, customer-specific pricing, quote requests and integrations with your ERP or accounting software. We can also combine business and consumer sales in a single store.
Yes. Every store ships with a strong technical foundation: speed, structured data, a logical URL structure and complete product information. That makes your shop easy to find in Google and easy to read for AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Perplexity, which increasingly decide which stores a buyer gets to see.
That is Shopify's own subscription, separate from our work. Pricing depends on the plan you need and changes over time, so check shopify.com for current rates. Shopify Plus starts at roughly € 2,100 per month and only makes sense at serious volume.
Yes. Not every project needs to be a full custom build; sometimes a well-configured theme with a few targeted customisations is the right answer. We will tell you honestly when that is the case, rather than selling you a bigger project.
Yes, if you want us to. Many clients keep working with us after delivery on further development, conversion optimisation and technical support. You decide the form: one-off improvements, a fixed number of hours per month or a larger follow-up project.

No credit card. No sales pitch. We look the way a customer does: we fill nothing in and order nothing.

A real browser loads your site the way a visitor does. Everything you see next is measured on your site, not estimated.
Custom Shopify work
Custom does not mean rebuilding everything. It means deciding, per part of your store, whether the standard behaviour is good enough or whether it is costing you orders. A product configurator, a bespoke checkout step, pricing that differs per customer group: those are the places where custom work pays for itself.
Having a Shopify store built
Shopify makes it easy for anyone to start a store. We also understand that you would rather spend your time on your product than on the technical side of an online store. So we take that off your hands: we handle the technology, you focus on what actually matters. Want a Shopify store that attracts customers and generates revenue? Let's talk.
Why choose Shopify as your platform?
More and more stores are moving to Shopify, from first-time founders to established retailers. These are the reasons we hear most often:
- A proven checkout. Shopify processes millions of orders a day worldwide and supports iDEAL, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
- Easy to manage. You update products, content, discounts and inventory yourself, no technical knowledge required.
- Unlimited customisation. From a custom theme to standalone apps and API integrations: the platform hardly limits you.
- Ready for international growth. Multiple languages, currencies and markets, managed from a single admin.
- A large ecosystem. Thousands of apps connect your store to accounting, email marketing, reviews and fulfilment.
- Carefree technology. Hosting, security and updates are included in your plan; your store stays fast and online.

Who is Codemaker-S the right Shopify partner for?
We work for new brands that want to start out right, for growing stores running into the limits of their current platform and for B2B companies digitising their sales. What our clients have in common: they see their store as a growth engine, not a business card.
To be honest: if all you need is a one-off standard theme installation, we will not be the cheapest option. Our value lies in custom work, strategic thinking and a partner who stays involved after launch.
A partner for the long run
A launch is a starting point, not a finish line. After going live we keep measuring, improving and building: performance, conversion, new features. Most of our clients have been with us for years, which is a better argument than anything we could write here.
