Your building,finally one neighbourhood.
A hundred and forty people under one roof, and still everything runs through email, notes by the front door and three overflowing group chats. Communify turns that around: one app, exactly one building wide, where residents, the owners' association and management actually find each other. We designed and built the whole product: the iOS app, the Android app, the web app and everything behind it.
What we built
Not a standard package configured, but the entire product designed and built ourselves, from the first sketch to the app stores.
iOS app
For iPhone, downloadable from the App Store. With push notifications the moment something happens in the building.
Android app
The same app in Google Play. Whichever phone a resident has, everybody takes part.
Web app
Communify in the browser, for the laptop or for anyone who would rather not install anything. Same account, same building.
Backend with admin panel
The system behind the scenes, built by us to measure. It drives the apps and gives managers and owners' associations one place for reports, bookings, documents and residents.
Together with a launch partner
Communify did not start in a design tool but with a property manager losing his evenings to scattered messages. With a launch partner as the first tower we built the product up step by step: first the problems that genuinely exist, then the app around them.
Every release went live in a building where people actually live. Reports, bookings and polls were not dreamed up around a table; they were shaped by how residents and management used them in practice. Whatever nobody used went back out.
Not another neighbourhood app with noise from the whole district. Exactly one building wide, and everything you have to arrange together in it.
Where it stands today
Communify is live in the first towers and grows with every management organisation that joins. The product is ready for it: the same app on iPhone, Android and in the browser, and a backend that keeps every building neatly separated.
What matters more is what it does inside a building. A report is no longer a phone call but a status everyone can follow. The roof terrace is no longer a list by the front door but a two-tap booking. And the neighbour on the seventh floor is someone who turns up on Saturday to sort out the garden.
